Exchange rates and taxes
All prices are shown in Swiss francs, 7.6% VAT is included.

Method of payment

• Payment by credit or bank cards using our SSL secured payment
  The following cards are accepted:

• Payment by invoice in 30 days.

Discount
Orders paid by credit card via our secured site: 3%
Discount on quantity: 3% for an order of more than 1000 Swiss francs. .

Carriage expenses
For orders of less than 500 Swiss francs: 20 Swiss francs
For orders exceeding 500 Swiss francs: free home delivery.

Packing
Our consignments are principally in cartons of six 75 cl bottles, twelve 37.5 bottles or in magnums (magnum = 150 cl). Cartons can be made up of mixed wines.

Delivery time
On average, from 3 to 5 days.

Applicable law
The present conditions of purchase are subject exclusively to Swiss law. By using online sales, Rouvinez Vins clients are committed to all provisions of federal and cantonal law as well as the present conditions of purchase.
Clients are also reminded that by virtue of article 38 in cantonal hotel business, food industry, and alcoholic drinks trade law, children or adolescents under the age of 16 cannot have access to online sales.

Juridical cases
In the case of a dispute, the client should contact Rouvinez Vins SA in order to reach an agreement. If no solution can be reached, the case will be presented before the judicial authority. Jurisdiction will take place in 3960 Sierre / Valais, in Switzerland.
