The Rouvinez family has played a pioneering role in the development of integrated production (or "rational production"). The whole of the company’s production has the right to the Vitiswiss label, which guarantees environmental-friendly methods of cultivation.

The vineyards are regularly planted with plants adapted to local conditions, which contributes to the fight against erosion as well as providing the soil with nutrients. For the embankments, we choose flowering varieties and aromatic herbs.

Parasites are discouraged with natural techniques (insectivorous predators, sexual confusion, etc) without any use of chemical insecticides. Root herbicides are also banned.
